How to manage your notifications from beehiiv
By default, beehiiv sends email notifications for various account actions and data recaps. You can opt out of these notifications at any time. This article will guide you through the process.

Email notifications will also be sent for post and editor comment threads and direct sponsorship updates.
Where to manage your beehiiv notifications
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of your account. In the dropdown, click your name and email at the top to open your account settings.
- On the Settings page, select Notification preferences from the left-hand menu.
- The Notifications options will appear, and you can choose which notifications you'd like to receive by toggling on or off the different selections. Refer to the Notifications Options chart above for more details.
By default, all notification types are enabled. To stop receiving a specific notification, simply toggle the option off. Your changes will be saved automatically. Any account notifications you receive will be indicated by a number next to the Notifications icon in the top navigation bar of your account.
Click the Notifications icon and select a notification to open the corresponding action directly.Subscribers who have left comments on your posts will also receive their own email notifications when someone likes or replies to their comment. These subscriber-facing notifications are sent automatically by beehiiv and are not controlled by your Notification Preferences.
